Q: What types of artificial plants do you sell?
A: We offer a wide range of artificial, fake, and plastic plants for homes, Airbnb rentals, and commercial spaces. This includes indoor plants, outdoor plants, and decorative accessories.
Q: Are your plants realistic?
A: Yes! Our plants are designed to look as natural as possible, using high-quality materials and attention to detail.
Q: Can I use your plants outdoors?
A: Many of our products are suitable for outdoor use, but we recommend checking the product description for UV resistance and durability.
Q: Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

2. Ordering & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add your selections to the cart, and complete the checkout process. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full when placing an order.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled with our written consent. Custom or specially made orders cannot be canceled. A 25% cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit (whichever is greater) may apply.
3. Shipping & Delivery

A: We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. For bulk or custom orders, delivery times may vary. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, we offer local pickup. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
A: No, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges for change of mind may be possible with applicable shipping costs and a restocking fee.
Q: What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
A: If your item is damaged or defective, we will promptly resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us immediately with photos and your order details.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and save your favorite products.
